Camilo Osorio is Founding Partner and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BIOREFICOL. He has a degree in Software Development and is an expert in the Bio-Coffee Industry. Camilo also holds a Diploma in Strategic Planning for Territorial Sustainability, along with certifications in Preparation Techniques for Coffee-Based Beverages, Variables and Control Structures in Object-Oriented Programming, and Training Action in Public Innovation. His mission as a forward-thinking creative entrepreneur is to unleash the full potential of the coffee fruit from its origin, aiming to create raw materials that can be utilized in a wide variety of industries that BIOREFICOL will serve.

Andrea Sánchez, is Founding Partner the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of BIOREFICOL. She is the former Financial and Administrative Deputy Director of the Metropolitan Area of the Aburrá Valley. She holds a degree in Public Accounting and brings a wealth of financial experience and expertise to her role gained through her work in various private companies across different sectors, including services, financial services, construction, and health. Her expertise in financial management and auditing enables her to contribute effectively to the financial operations and decision-making processes within BIOREFICOL.

Kevin de Cuba is Founding Partner and serves as the Head of International Relations & Business Development of BIOREFICOL. He is a Dutch citizen and holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Technology with a specialization in Waste Management, as well as a master's degree in Sustainable Development. He has 20 years of international project management experience and specializes in the development of circular business models and economic policies at municipal, regional, national, and international levels. His mission is to help BIOREFICOL to successfully maneuver regulatory regimes and strive for business excellence and performance to become the leader in the industry.
